Upper Hutt Mat Classes
InForm Physio is taking Empower Pilates classes in Upper Hutt.
The mat classes are taken by Physiotherapists Caroline Juniot and Rose Tait.

Fees
Six week Introductory Class costs $141 pre-paid – This includes:
· 6 one hour classes;
· ½ hour individual assessment/teaching session with a physiotherapist;
· a home programme of floorwork exercises is provided at the first class. We recommend that this is done 3 to 4 times a week in addition to your class to gain the maximum benefit from pilates.
Prepaid each term thereafter: e.g. 10 weeks = $150 for the term.
Clothing
Please wear soft, loose and comfortable clothing.
Other Requirements
Please bring an exercise mat and small hand weights (preferably 0.5kg each or 1kg each maximum) to the class. You may also like to bring a small towel and water to the class.
Silverstream Physiotherapy has Starter Packs available for purchase if you already do not have your own mat or small hand weights. This Starter Pack includes a 10mm thick, 180cm wide Pilates mat and a pair of 0.5kg or 1kg hand weights (depending on your fitness). Give Silverstream a call if you would like to purchase this Starter Pack or either item individually.
